Rule 1:
A) Present indefinite tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure: Object কে subject + am/is/are + verb এর past participle form + by + subject কে object.
Active: He plays football.
Passive: Football is played by him.
Active: They eat mango.
Passive: Mango is eaten by them.
Active: Tamim reads the story book.
Passive: The story is read my Tamim
B) Present continuous tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure: Object এর subject + am being/is being/are being + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: I am playing cricket.
Passive: Cricket is being played by me.
Active: He is eating rice.
Passive: Rice is being eaten by him.
Active: Taskin is reading a book.
Passive: A book is being read by Taskin.
C) Present perfect tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure: Object এর subject + have been/ has been + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: He has eaten mango.
Passive: Mango has been eaten by him.
Active: I have played football.
Passive: Football has been played by me.
Active: They have helped the poor.
Passive: The poor has been helped by them.
D) Past indefinite tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure:
Object এর subject + was/were + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object
Active: I saw the old man.
Passive: The old man was seen by me.
Active: They published a book.
Passive: A book was published by them.
Active: We watched a movie.
Passive: A movie was watched by them.
E) Past continuous tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure:
Object এর subject + was being/were being + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: He was eating rice.
Passive: Rice was being eaten by him.
Active: We were catching fishes.
Passive: Fishes were being caught by us.
Active : Mina was learning English.
Passive: English was being learnt by Mina.
F) Past perfect tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম
Structure:
Object এর subject + had been + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: We had eaten rice.
Passive: Rice had been eaten by us.
Active: We had dug the cannel.
Passive: The cannel had been dug by us.
Active: The man had killed the bird.
Passive: The birds had been killed by the man.
G) Future indefinite tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure: Object এর subject + shall be/will be + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: Taskin will eat rice.
Passive: Rice will be eaten by Taskin.
Active: We will play football.
Passive: Football will be played by us.
Active: The chairman will help many people.
passive: Many people will be helped by the chairman.
H) Future continuous tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure:
Object এর subject + shall be being/will be being + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: You will be eating rice.
Passive: Rice will be being eaten by you.
Active: The boys will be playing football.
Passive: Football will be being played by the boys.
Active: We will be drawing a picture.
Passive: A picture will be being drawn by us.
I) Future perfect tense যুক্ত active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure:
Object এর subject + shall have been /will have been + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: She will have eaten rice.
Passive: Rice will have been eaten by her.
Active: I will have caught the fish.
Passive: The fish will have been caught by me.
Active: Papia will have bought a new phone.
Passive: A new phone will have been bought by Papia
Rule 2:
May, might, can, could, must, ought to, going to active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure:
Object এর subject + may, might, can, could, must, ought to, going to এর পরে be + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: We may help you.
Passive: You may be helped by us.
Active: You must do the work.
Passive: The work must be done by you.
Active: We ought to obey our teachers.
Passive: Our teachers ought to be obeyed by us.
Active: We are going to open a shop.
Passive: A shop is going to be opened by us.
Active: They are going to open a market.
Passive: A market is going to be opened by them.

Rule 2:
May, might, can, could, must, ought to, going to active voice কে passive voice এ রুপান্তর করার নিয়ম-
Structure:
Object এর subject + may, might, can, could, must, ought to, going to এর পরে be + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
Active: We may help you.
Passive: You may be helped by us.
Active: You must do the work.
Passive: The work must be done by you.
Active: We ought to obey our teachers.
Passive: Our teachers ought to be obeyed by us.
Active: We are going to open a shop.
Passive: A shop is going to be opened by us.
Active: They are going to open a market.
Passive: A market is going to be opened by them.
